PUAN’s Country President Shares his Vision & Mission in Inaugural Speech

With the 14th National Executive Committee (NEC) members embracing their positions in Pakistan-U.S. Alumni Network (PUAN), we are pleased to share that the election of PUAN’s Country President has been completed.

Mr Sahibzada Aamir Khalil, who is also the President of PUAN Khyber Pakhtunkhwa chapter and International Visitor Leadership Program (IVLP) alumnus 2017, has been elected by the NEC as PUAN’s Country President for the next two years, through a rigorous and nail-biting election process. Mr Aamir, in his inaugural speech, also shared his great ideas and vision for PUAN and how he is going to take ahead PUAN and its members from 14 chapters from across Pakistan.

“My fellow alumni, I want to take a moment to reflect on the incredible journey that we have been on together. Our Alumni Network has grown and flourished in ways that we could have never imagined. But as we look to the future, I want to remind us all, that our work is not done. We have an opportunity to continue to build and strengthen our network in ways that will benefit us all for years to come. As the Country President of Pak-U.S. Alumni Network, Pakistan. I want to focus on increasing the level of engagement among our alumni. I believe that by fostering stronger connections between alumni, we can create a more vibrant and dynamic network that will be a powerful force for good in the world. In the coming months and years, my team will focus on several key initiatives aimed at expanding the outreach of the programs and connecting our alumni. I am committed to bridging all chapters and forging strong ties between them for future collaboration and opportunities. believe that by connecting with new and diverse alumni, we can bring new perspectives and ideas to our community and create even more opportunities for collaboration and growth. We will be working to expand the programs’ reach through strategic partnerships with other organizations and educational institutions. This will allow us to tap into new resources and expertise and provide our members with even more opportunities to learn and grow. We are planning to partner with organizations and institutions that align with our mission and vision to expand our reach and impact. It is to be ensured that all our prestigious members of the network have access to the resources and support they need to succeed. This includes providing mentorship and networking opportunities, as well as offering professional development and career advancement resources. And finally, I want to focus on building a culture of giving and philanthropy among our alumni. I believe that by coming together to support the causes that matter most to us, we can make a real difference in the world and leave a legacy for future generations. So let us come together, my fellow alumni, and commit to building a brighter future for our network. Together, we can achieve great things!”
