PUAN KP Chapter Hosts Conflict Resolution Workshop for Youth

Led by Mr. Shahab Ud Din, English Works 2022, PUAN (Pakistan-U.S. Alumni Network) KP Chapter hosted a successful workshop on conflict resolution skills for youth. The workshop was held at the Directorate of Youth Affairs in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and was attended by 40 young leaders from diverse backgrounds.

The workshop was aimed at equipping young leaders with the necessary skills to effectively resolve conflicts. Trainer Abdur Rehman discussed the basics of conflict, different styles of conflict resolution, negotiation and mediation, and real-life case studies. Participants also had the opportunity to participate in a group activity and network with other young leaders.

The workshop was a great success and participants learned valuable skills that they can use to resolve conflicts in their personal, professional, and community settings. PUAN KP Chapter is committed to providing young leaders with the resources and training they need to be effective peacebuilders in their communities.
