“We as a people do not share our personal spaces with each other, especially outside of our cliques”, says Fulbright alumna Meher Jaffri. Focusing on solutions to overcome the challenge of the severe lack of public spaces in Pakistan, Meher highlights how sharing personal spaces and building personal connections through listening to others’ stories can change perspectives and help connect the dots to a bigger picture. Meher Jaffri is a recipient of the U.S. Department of State’s Fulbright Scholarship Award to study for a Master’s in Film, Media, and Theatre from The New School in New York, USA.
