Let’s introduce to you PUAN’s amazing alumnus from KP, Mr. Ammad Ahmad Khalil. Ammad belongs to Peshawar and is a Technology Solutions Expert.
After a successful training at Arizona State University, Ammad has remained involved in developing a state-of-the-art Online Courses Development and Management Delivery System at U.S. Pakistan Center of Advanced Studies in Energy (USPCASE USAID five years funded project) based at University of Engineering and Technology (UET), Peshawar. With his CS background, Mr. Ammad utilized his skills and expertise from his professional development exchange program to assist private schools and other educational institutes for developing similar online systems which was a milestone for shifting from physical education to online education amid pandemic. Leading one of five main components of the project as a ‘’Program Coordinator – Exchanges & Scholarships’’, Ammad has also successfully completed the process and facilitated in sending 110 recipients of Master scholarship on exchange program to Arizona State University. Recently, he has joined UNDP Pakistan & Viamo International and has started working on an assignment of UNDP Youth Empowerment Program as “Youth Field Monitor”.
On academic front, Ammad has been accepted by University of PEACE (UN-Mandated University) in Central America Cosa Rica for Masters in Development Studies & Diplomacy with scholarship. “This age of globalization has enabled leaders from different parts of the world to engage in productive activities across the borders, and diplomacy is it’s center. Understanding diplomacy and its connection with development will enable me to become a better world leader”, believes Ammad.
Ammad is not only excited to learn more but also looks forward to serving upcoming generations through his multiplex knowledge and research by twisting & intertwining different fields. Keep the good work up Ammad and keep shinning.
