YES Alumni Organize Medical Camp in Karachi

YES medical camp with Essa Labs

YES alumni conducted a two-day medical camp September 28-29 in Karachi that delivered free medical services to more than 1,200 patients.  The alumni organized the camp in collaboration with The Essa Lab to assist underprivileged people who don’t have access to quality healthcare.  The the camp, they received free diabetes tests, medical check-ups, and discounts on other medical services.

YES alumni shared the camp’s activities live on social media and the hashtag #YESEssaMed reached more than 50,000 people on Twitter and Facebook, in addition to widespread coverage in print and broadcast media.
