Using Technology for Saving Lives

Global U-Grad alumna, Iqra Sadia Rao is a social entrepreneur who is currently working as the Program Officer at Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB). In the wake of COVID-19, she has developed a chatbot service called Hope – dedicated towards increasing mental health awareness amid the global pandemic.

Hope leads users through a mental health questionnaire, guiding them towards customized responses to cater to their emotional needs. She is also an active member of PUAN Lahore chapter.
