Noman’s presentation titled “Indigenous Peacebuilding: Approaches for Peacebuilding, Social Cohesion, and Reconciliation” focused on how peacebuilders create and implement peace interventions, theories of change, and approaches to establishing a peace narrative among communities for social cohesion. His research and insights in the interdisciplinary field of peace studies were among the 40 student presenters from 18 universities worldwide.
As a current Master’s student in Peace Studies and Conflict Studies at the University of Waterloo, Canada, Noman has a strong passion for promoting peace and creating meaningful change through his work.
