U.S. Provides an Additional $30 Million in Critical Humanitarian Assistance for Flood Response in Pakistan

In response to the devastation caused by flooding throughout Pakistan, Ambassador Blome announced today that the United States will provide $30 million more in critical humanitarian assistance to help save lives and reduce suffering among impacted communities in Pakistan.

Ambassador Blome said, “To bring help to where it is most needed, we will work closely with local partners and Pakistani authorities to provide urgently needed food support, safe water, sanitation & hygiene, financial help, and shelter to those seeking relief.”
