PUANforPakistan: Webinar on The Virtual Shift – When Working from Home (WFH) is the New Normal During COVID-19

The U.S. Mission in Pakistan in collaboration with the Pakistan-U.S. Alumni Network (PUAN) has launched a virtual series of discussions on topics and themes catering to the needs and interests of more than 32,000 alumni across Pakistan. Under its series of #PUANforPakistan, PUAN conducted a webinar titled, “ The Virtual Shift – When Working from Home (WFH) is the New Normal During COVID-19  ”on Thursday, June 18, 2020 via Facebook live.

Panelists for the session included:

● Muhammad Azfar Ahsan, IVLP alumnus, Founder, Nutshell Conferences & Corporate Pakistan Group, PUAN Karachi Chapter
● Amna Yameen, Fulbright alumna, Educationist, PUAN Islamabad Chapter
● Iftikhar Hussain, IVLP alumnus, Head of Digital, Women Development Department, Govt. of the Punjab, PUAN Lahore Chapter

The session was moderated by:

● Seema Farooq, IVLP alumna, Filmmaker, Artist, PUAN Islamabad Chapter

Overall, the session focused on the work shift from office to home as a result of the worldwide lockdown. Viewers learnt on how to effectively adapt to working from home as the new normal during the ongoing coronavirus pandemic via this webinar.
