Work has undergone profound changes always due to technological advancements, demographic shifts, and labor market fluctuations. At this moment in time, there are now more registered freelancers and acceptance of free-lancing has grown effectively with time.
Knowing the importance of freelancing, PUAN’s Sukkur Chapter in collaboration with Mehran University of Engineering (Khairpur Campus) organized a seminar on freelancing start up. The motive was to enlighten the participants about the benefits of freelancing and to make them aware that freelancing is a great way to earn money and experience and provides individuals a channel to use their set of skills.
IVLP Alumnus Irfan Soomro shed light on the use of soft communication skills in freelancing during the session. Deputy Commissioner Khairpur Mr. Saifullah Abro and Pro Vice Chancellor of MUET Khairpur, Mr. Abdul Sami Qureshi presided over the various segments of the training. Towards the end of the session, guests, speakers, and participants were presented with traditional Sindhi Ajrak along with certificates.
