Playing sports teaches lessons of life such as teamwork, accountability, self-confidence, responsibility, self-discipline and helps improve physical and mental health. PUAN South Punjab Chapter is cognizant of this fact and therefore, it organized a ‘Sports Gala’ at Buch Villas Ground, Bosan Road, Multan. It provided perfect opportunity to encourage those alumni who may not ordinarily participate in sporting activities to do just that. When a group of individuals successfully complete a team building activity it creates momentum and makes them feel good about themselves. A total number of 45 alumni participated in this event.
