Pakistan-U.S. Alumni Network (PUAN) had its another webinar on Thursday, November 19 from 07:00 to 08:15 PM PST (+05:00 UTC) titled ‘Green Energy: Post-Pandemic Priorities’ live via our official Facebook page i.e. https://www.facebook.com/PakUSAlumni

Panelists for the session were:
* Mr. Gul Najam Jamy: He has over 37 years of experience in Energy, Environment and Climate Change. He currently works for the World Bank as a Senior Technical Advisor, Islamabad
* Ms. Khadija Abid: She is a policy analyst and climate enthusiast by profession. She is currently working as Assistant Director in Climate Change Adaptation Program at German Red Cross, Islamabad

The session was moderated by:
*  Ms. Afia Salam: She is PUAN senior alumna, Journalist-Copy Writer-Editor, Media Development Specialist in Climate Change, Environment, Gender-sensitive Reporting and Media Ethics.

It was around 85-minute session where, the panelists also responded to the queries of the live viewers towards the end of the webinar. Watch-out the recording to find out the what our sectoral experts had got to say about the lessons that we as nation have got to learn from this pandemic, the depleting energy sources, alternative forms of renewable energy & their efficacy, significance of advocacy in change management and role of government in prioritizing green energy initiatives.
