Consul General William K. Makaneole hosted a roundtable on the entrepreneurship ecosystem in Punjab, and heard from 6 prominent leaders in the field. These leaders, alumni from diverse U.S. exchange programs, discussed the start-up ecosystem in Punjab and shared how their exchange programs helped them in their entrepreneurship careers. They are members of the Pakistan U.S. Alumni Network (PUAN)– one of the largest USG exchange alumni networks in the world with more than 32,000 Pakistani members.
Pakistan-U.S. Alumni Network (PUAN) is an association of U.S. exchange alumni who are committed to making meaningful contributions to Pakistan and comprise of current and former Pakistani participants of U.S. federal government-sponsored exchange programs.
