PUAN Alumna Becomes Youngest Recipient of Diana Award

Join us is congratulating and appreciating the successes of PUAN’s young alumna Ayesha Shaikh.

Ayesha Shaikh is our alumna for IWP (International Writing Program) from the University of Iowa, USA. She has become the youngest recipient of Diana Award for putting her due share to make this world a better place to live. Ayesha is a driven young person who believes in sharing her knowledge to empower young people and help those in need. Despite facing social challenges, her commitment to teaching creativity for earning to youth has supported almost 550 struggling families during the pandemic. Ayesha is a committed educator who has trained hundreds of people through her public speaking, debating, creative writing, and ‘how to earn online’ courses, which have allowed participants to earn from the skills they have developed. Ayesha also conducts youth conferences and campaigns on women’s empowerment and human rights and actively chairs the national and international ‘Model United Nations.’ She has also started a mental health awareness campaign through which she helped youth with career counseling, mental health therapies, and business start-ups to continue UN’s sustainable development goals.
