Sports is an essential instrument for development and peace as it transcends borders and societal differences. On February 28, 2022, Pakistan-U.S. Alumni Network successfully conducted a session on Promoting Sports Inclusiveness and Tolerance. The moderator for this session was Ms. Anza. PUAN was honored to have three bright minds from alumni community i.e. Sana Mahmood, Champion for Women Rights and Sports for female athletes and Project Manager at Right to Play Pakistan, Dr. Umar Hussain, PhD Researcher at Texas University, and Mr. Tughral Ali who is an experienced financial inclusion expert with an avid interest in sports and outdoor activities. The way the three experts shed light on impact of sports make this session worth listening.
