January 28-29, the Presidents and General Secretaries of the Pakistan-U.S. Alumni Network’s (PUAN) 11chapters participated in an annual strategic planning meeting in Islamabad. PUAN leadership will help plan and execute increased chapter activities focusing on young alumni, the alumni small grants program, and a robust series of alumni reunions. In the opening session, Deputy Public Affairs Officer Kathryn Schalow recognized the vital role of Pakistani alumni in strengthening relations between Pakistanis and Americans and their commitment to Pakistan’s development through community service and volunteerism.
