On March 6, the U.S. Consulate in Peshawar congratulated the winners of the English Access Microscholarship program spelling bee competition. The Consul General encouraged the students to view the Access program as an important first step in reaching their future educational and professional goals. Excited by the opportunity to meet the Consul General, the students spoke eagerly about their dreams of studying in the United States and their hopes of helping KP/FATA to become a stable, secure, and economically vibrant place for themselves and their children.
