Mental health professionals Amna Waqar and Sana Wasiq are two women from different backgrounds and circumstances navigating the journey to finding their own identities. They shed light on the far-reaching consequences that women experience due to concepts like shame and honor and how opportunities like Fulbright create spaces for women to explore avenues of growth and empowerment. Amna and Sana completed their Master’s degrees in Psychology from New York University and Columbia University.
