Arman Ashraf promotes critical thinking and emphasizes reflecting on one’s emotions to understand oneself better. She teaches development psychology at Forman Christian College, where she engages with students in creative ways. This week’s podcast focuses on how biological and cognitive changes lead to different personalities in children and adolescents. Ashraf holds a Master’s in Developmental Psychology from Columbia University on the Fulbright scholarship.
