Equipping Young Girls with Digital Leadership Skills

Arisha Rafiq, an English Works alumna of the Pakistan-U.S. Alumni Network (PUAN), recently conducted a dynamic leadership activity titled “Leadership in the Digital Age: Navigating the Challenges of Modern Workplace” with a group of talented students aged 15-20 in her town.

The objective of the activity was to equip these young girls with the essential skills they need to become digital leaders in today’s rapidly evolving workplace. During the discussion, the participants actively engaged in identifying and discussing key skills required for digital leadership. They also received certificates of completion at the end of the activity.

Rafiq is a passionate advocate for women’s empowerment and believes that digital leadership is a powerful tool that can help young women achieve their full potential. She is committed to providing young girls with the skills and resources they need to succeed in the digital age.
