Celebrating the 75th Anniversary of the Fulbright Program

Last night, the Fulbright Program celebrated its 75th anniversary at the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts in Washington, DC. Established in 1946, the Fulbright Program is an international academic exchange program that aims to increase mutual understanding between the people of the United States and the people of other countries. The Fulbright Program in Pakistan is the largest—sending approximately 150 Master’s degree and PhD students to the United States every year. Fulbright Pakistan alumni community represents a diverse and dynamic pool of professionals working in every field and contributing to the country’s socio-economic development.
