Awareness Session on International Girl Child Day by PUAN KP Chapter

By: Shehneela Mazhar

We are proud to share the success of an impactful awareness session conducted by our alumna Kainat Kanwal, as part of the PUAN KP Chapter activities. The session focused on “International Girl Child Day” and aimed to empower and promote the rights of girls worldwide.

The event witnessed the enthusiastic participation of over 40 school-going students, who gained valuable insights into the challenges faced by girls globally and ways to overcome them.

Through engaging activities and interactive discussions, the students were sensitized to the gender norms and barriers that hinder girls’ progress. Together, they explored potential solutions to empower girls and create a more inclusive world.

As a token of appreciation, each student received a participation certificate at the end of the activity.
