Managing your time properly enables you to work faster and smarter. It is important to learn time management techniques to stay healthy, happy, and productive even when you’re experiencing a lot of stress. PUAN Sukkur Chapter recently organized a seminar covering the themes of ‘Time and Stress Management’ along with Eid Milan Party at Divisional Scouts Headquarters, Sukkur. The motive behind the gathering was to create awareness about time and stress management among youth and to bring together alumni to celebrate Eid with PUAN. Vice President PUAN Sukkur Chapter Junaid Ahmed, Youth Group Director Masood Ahmed, and Executive Board Member Umar Gul Buriro shed light on the importance of Time and Stress Management during the seminar. At the end of the session, speakers and participants were presented with traditional Sindhi Ajrak along with certificates.
