The KP chapter of Pakistan-U.S. Alumni Network (PUAN) has successfully pulled off the chapter reunion. The reunion was a huge success overall as around 200 alumni from various programs such as English Access, IVLP, UGRAD, YES, SUSI, Fulbright and others participated in the reunion belonging to different cities of the province. The 2-night residency event took place at the Baragali Summer Camp of University of Peshawar located at the beautiful Galiyat Division of KP.
A number of fun-based group activities were planned for the alumni such as tug of war, plantation drive, cleanliness drive and so on. Informative sessions were also conducted by representatives from rescue 1122 and ICRC. Mr. Ahsan Gul from PUAN-USEEFP oriented the participants about funding opportunity under the head of Alumni Small Grants.
A musical night was organized for the entertainment of alumni in which everyone participated with zeal and fervor. Cultural dance performances took place during the meetup.
The reunion was an excellent networking opportunity with a blend of entertainment and learning. Old and new alumni met each other and and got to know one another by exchanging their ideas.
The event concluded with certificate and prizes’ distribution among organizers, previous leadership and winners of the various group activities.
